“I called to get a situation fixed for my parent. I was talked to rudely by the women on the phone. She actually admitted she was not listening to me while trying to give her the information she needed. I wasn't able to get her name though will definitely be looking for another provider. Its obvious this clinic has issues with its staff and how they conduct themselves. I would give it zero stars if i could, if you dont like your job find another.”

“I saw the urgent care because I hadn’t been able to establish psychiatric care since moving to New Mexico. Everyone was so nice and the provider I saw actually listened to me and was able to send my meds that I had been out of. Thanks to everyone there”

“Yesterday at about 130PM my adult daughter was brought to UNM Psych Center by Albuquerque Community Safety (ACS) officers. She was manic and in psychosis (making up wild things). ACS recognized situation immediately. Once at UNM she was admitted but released under 24 hours later and without notice at 8AM. She then walked several miles home. When I met with her again at her house around Noon, she was clearly still manic and delusional (making up stories about herself etc.) I will be making a formal complaint through UNM patient advocacy department.”
